Decisions to stop smoking, exercise more frequently, or change eating habits can be difficult.  As you recover from your surgery, or treatment, take the time to shift your thinking towards how to care for yourself.  Strengthen your relationships with family and friends, and reach out to groups in your community that may share your interests.  Get in touch with who you are, and what you need to do to keep your mind and body healthy.  Take control of your health.  You are worth it!
