used and disclosed in accordance with our privacy policy
and will be used only to process your ticket and to provide
you with information about our programs including future
lotteries. We will disclose your personal information
only as necessary to process your ticket or where we are
required to do so by law. A copy of our privacy policy

our programs and services including future lotteries please

Lottery Details
Early Bird Draws
There will be 171 Early Bird draws as follows:
- On Nov 3, 2006 there will be 1 draw for $5,000. Value $5,000. This will be followed by 100 draws for 3 Pack sets of tickets. Value $10,000.
- On Nov 10, 2006 there will be 30 draws for $250 followed by 15 draws for $500 followed by 25 draws for $1,000. Total Value $40,000.
Final Draw
There will be one final draw on Nov 10, 2006 for $50,000 after all Early Bird draws for that day have been made. Early Bird winning tickets will be re-entered and the final draw will be from all tickets sold and entered up until 11:30 PM. Nov 8, 2006.
General Provisions and Conditions
- Prizes will be drawn by hand at random from all tickets sold prior to each draw.
- All winning tickets shall be recorded and re-entered for all subsequent drawings.
- Prizes shall be awarded as described.
- Tickets will only be sold to those 18 years of age and
older.
- Employees of the Victoria General Hospital Foundation and Ron Bailey & Associates Inc. are not eligible to purchase tickets.
- 16,300 tickets will be printed of which 16,000 tickets in total will be offered for sale and 300 will be allocated as prizes.
- "Chances to Win" is defined for this lottery as the number of tickets held by a person multiplied by the number of draws in which the ticket is eligible to participate.
- If a cheque or credit card payment is refused for whatever reason, any ticket(s) associated with that payment would not be eligible to win a draw. When full payment, plus any bank charges, is received, the ticket(s) will be re-entered for future draws.
- Post-dated cheques will not be accepted as payment.
- The ticket order and payment deadline for the Nov 3, 2006 early bird draw date is Nov. 2 2006 at 11:30 PM. The ticket order and payment deadline for the Nov 10, 2006 final draw date is Nov 8, 2006 at 11:30 PM, at which time all paid tickets must be received for entry.
- The liability of the licensee of this raffle is limited to the price of the ticket(s).
- The licensee, its agents, volunteers or officers are not responsible for:
- Failure of Canada Post or other delivery or courier services to deliver orders or tickets.
- Failure of a fax machine or other device to accept an order.
- Failure of a credit card authorization to be completed.
- Winners will be notified by telephone. A complete list of all winners will be provided upon request.
- Early bird and grand prize winners agree to the use of their name and photos for publicity purposes.
- Winners must claim prizes within 6 months of being notified. Any prizes not claimed by May 30, 2007 shall be donated to the Victoria General Hospital Foundation Inc.
