Victoria Lifeline - a not-for-profit division of the Victoria General Hospital Foundation.

Victoria Lifeline is a personal response service that puts people in touch with help at the press of a button, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Victoria Lifeline has volunteer opportunities in two key areas.

  1. Within the department there are office volunteer opportunities. This includes doing a variety of clerical tasks such as filing, preparing mail-outs, collating promotional items, etc.

  2. Victoria Lifeline also offers the opportunity to provide quality care beyond the hospital walls in the form of volunteer installers. We need more installers due to the demand for our service. Volunteer installers hook up the Lifeline equipment in client’s homes and show them how it works to get them help.
