Lifeline Standard Medical Alert Service

Get the help you need – when you need it.

With Victoria Lifeline’s Standard Medical Alert Service, you will have peace of mind knowing you can get help quickly, at anytime you need it, with the simple push of a button. Victoria Lifeline connects you with the help you need, when you need it. It is similar to getting insurance – you hope you never need it, but it’s there for you if and when you do!

The process is simple: If you are having an emergency or are in need of help, one push of your waterproof button will put you in touch with a caring and trained associate from the Lifeline Response Centre. When the button is pushed, your in-home Lifeline Unit will automatically dial the Lifeline Response Centre and allow for two-way communication. Within seconds, an associate will connect with you to see what kind of help you need and dispatch the appropriate help: a friend, a family member, or emergency services. Even if you can’t answer, Victoria Lifeline will still send help!  Our response service will follow-up to ensure help has arrived. They will continue to follow-up until no further help is needed.

REMINDER: Your button will not automatically call for help in the event of a fall – you must press it to receive assistance. If you would like an added layer of protection wherein your button will automatically call for help in the event of a fall without being pressed, please select the Lifeline with AutoAlert Option.
