I joined Lifeline several years ago after having triple by-pass surgery. I was the primary caregiver for my granddaughter at the time. Lifeline is very simple to use and, because the staff are so friendly, I was able to show my grandaughter how to use it in case of emergency. I feel very safe and confident knowing that Lifeline is there for my granddaughter and for me.

Thank you for the strength and independence you have given me!

I am a widow and live alone. After knee replacement surgery and five days of rehabilitation therapy, my children didn't want to leave me on my own. Now that I have Lifeline, I feel safe and I am not scared to continue living alone in my house. I don't have to remember a number - I just press the button. I don't feel anxious anymore and I know that when I'm strong enough I will be more independent and willing to do more things around the house without the constant fear.

Thank you so such for your great service!

My personal help button gives me a lot of confidence, and the people I speak with each month are so pleasant and caring.
