The Hospital's Memorial Wall "The Seasons" is an exquisitely crafted glass mosaic that depicts the transformation of nature through the four seasons.
Located in the hospital's main floor lobby, "The Seasons" will be permanently inscribed with the name of the individual being recognized once the memorial donation fund reaches $1,000 or more.
Recognition levels for "The Seasons" memorial wall are:
Winter: $1,000 - $2,499
Autumn: $2,500 - $4,999
Summer: $5,000 - $9,999
Spring: $10,000+
Best Wishes and Thank You Gifts
Best Wishes and Thank You Gifts over $1,000 will be permanently recognized by inscribing either the donor's name or the name of the person who is being honoured on the Foundation's Donor Recognition Wall. Recognition levels are:
Donor: $1,000 - $2,499
Supporter: $2,500 - $4,999
Sponsor: $5,000 - $9,999
Builder: $10,000 - $24,999
Patron: $25,000 - $49,999
Benefactor: $50,000 - $99,999
Founder: $100,000+
