There's No Place Like Home - And No Place Like The Vic

January 29, 2011

On Saturday, January 29 the Victoria General Hospital Foundation hosted a Wizard of Oz-themed evening of appetizers and tours for invited guests. Tours were conducted by several hospital program directors of some of the Vic's recently completed renovations such as the Buhler Cancer Centre, Darlene Williams Comfort Room, and the first phase of the new Emergency Centre. It also featured tours of areas that are in need of renovations. The goal was to have guests walk down the yellow brick road and show them the tangible impact that their generosity has already made and can continue to make in the future.
